Eligibility Criteria
For Quality Assurance
• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
• Experience: 1+ years in QA activities within API or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Key Skills:
o IPQA activities (online BMR review, line clearance, sampling)
o Analytical data review for batch release
o Preparation of APQR
o Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance
For Warehouse
• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Science or relevant field preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse operations (API / Pharma industry)
• Key Skills:
o Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP systems
o Knowledge of cGMP and GDP practices
o Inventory control, storage, and distribution of APIs / bulk drugs
o Strong documentation and compliance orientation
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
• Conduct IPQA activities and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and analytical data.
• Support batch release and assist in preparing Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with production, QC, and engineering teams for quality improvement initiatives.
Warehouse
• Manage material receipts, storage, and dispatch in line with cGMP and GDP.
• Maintain real-time inventory through ERP/SAP.
• Ensure documentation accuracy for all warehouse transactions.
• Oversee material handling, temperature control, and stock segregation.
• Support audits and compliance checks.
