About the Role
As a Regulatory Operations Associate (Labelling), you will ensure the accurate creation, maintenance, and updating of Reckitt’s product labels for all projects, including NPDs, EPDs, BDIs, and regulatory or safety-driven changes. Timely delivery of compliant labelling is crucial to meet project deadlines without compromising quality and accuracy.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the labelling and artwork process adheres to compliance standards and drives consistency during development and revision.
- Create, review, approve, update, and maintain all documentation related to labelling and artwork generation within Reckitt.
- Verify that label content aligns with the latest regulatory standards and technical dossiers. Ensure all claims are substantiated and symbols comply with current regulations.
- Deliver accurate labelling content for regulatory dossiers and technical files according to project timelines and regulatory strategy.
- Maintain the quality, consistency, and compliance of labelling data in systems like Brandworks, Nexus, CARA, and PLM (TDS and Optiva). Identify and resolve any non-compliance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Medical, R&D, Marketing, Packaging, and Quality, as well as Global and Local Regulatory teams, to define labelling requirements.
- Ensure timely project delivery by proactively communicating potential delays to managers or project teams.
- Support and mentor other team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in workload management to ensure project completion.
- Stay updated with emerging regulatory requirements and standards affecting Reckitt’s labelling needs.
- Assist in administrative and team management documentation, such as trackers, meeting minutes, and project action records.
Experience Required
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, or Pharmacy. A PhD is advantageous but not required.
- Prior experience in labelling projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, guidelines, and emerging global standards impacting Reckitt products.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
- Agile mindset with adaptability to work across product classifications.
- Collaborative and results-driven approach, backed by technical credibility and excellent teamwork skills.
- Consistent ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
