Job Description:

TAPI is seeking a hands-on Operator Job with deep GMP knowledge, ERP proficiency, and operational expertise in documentation and safety. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in API production, develop problem-solving skills, and advance your Chemistry Job toward executive roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dispensing activities as per applicable procedures.
  • Carry out process and sampling activities during Intermediate/API production following approved batch cards.
  • Handle equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, and ANFD.
  • Record observations of reaction parameters on batch cards as per approved procedures.
  • Complete batch cards for production and cleaning activities following approved instructions.
  • Verify weigh balances according to applicable procedures.
  • Maintain work procedures, safety precautions, and cGMP compliance.
  • Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant and equipment.
  • Report accidents or irregularities to the Shift Officer.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to develop solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate production tasks to meet assigned schedules.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of production procedures.
  • Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic first-line management and organizational skills for daily operations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in regulated environments (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.).
  • Exposure to API manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry.
