Job Description

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical. Your responsibilities will span clinical, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory services, supporting leading biopharma companies in enhancing patient outcomes. You will manage case identification, MedDRA coding, case processing, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), ensuring

compliance with global regulatory standards.

This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage case identification, data entry, coding, and processing of ICSRs in compliance with client and global regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle affiliate mailbox and perform report reconciliations per process requirements.
  • Conduct written follow-ups for both severe and non-serious adverse event cases.
  • Collaborate with peers, provide updates to supervisors, and work on problem-solving within a defined scope.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions of safety cases.
  • Work in rotational shifts as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety surveillance.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines, disputes, and multiple stakeholders.
