Job Description:
The Senior Officer QA- IPQA-API will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies for batch release, documentation, and regulatory submissions. This role is crucial in maintaining high-quality standards in API manufacturing processes while promoting collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform usage decisions for finished product, intermediates, and recovered solvent batches in compliance with SOPs, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct sampling and distribute samples for finished products and intermediates in accordance with SOPs.
- Review and control batch production records and analytical records before release.
- Prepare and review Annual Product Reviews and maintain retention samples and related records.
- Execute QA activities in CQMS, including investigations, reviews, change controls, and deviations.
- Perform environmental monitoring of API plants and evaluate trends.
- Provide regulatory and market samples as needed.
- Manage TRF generation, monitoring, and closure.
- Support data submissions to Marketing Regulatory Affairs for global filings.
- Oversee preparation and reconciliation of product labels.
- Handle transport validation activities, and market returned materials.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or related pharmaceutical functions.
