Job Description:
Actylis is hiring an Executive – QA for its Ahmedabad facility. This role is central to managing Vendor Qualification (VQ) activities, including technical documentation and compliance support for pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients. The ideal candidate will be involved in handling customer technical requests, ensuring regulatory documentation readiness, and supporting quality initiatives in line with industry standards. Key Responsibilities for BPharm/MPharm QA Jobs:
- Handle Vendor Questionnaire (VQ) documentation and share it with customers.
- Respond to technical and regulatory queries related to VQ.
- Review Quality Agreements in line with company policies and coordinate with customers.
- Ensure proper management, traceability, and storage of VQ documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and provide documents like TSE/BSE certificates, GMO declarations, Residual Solvent declarations, and EI assessments.
Qualifications for BPharm/MPharm QA Jobs
- Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- MSc in Chemistry
- BTech / MTech in Biotechnology or Chemistry
- Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, API, or excipient manufacturing industry within regulated environments.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of regulatory and analytical documentation
- Attention to detail and document traceability
- Familiarity with GMP and quality standards
- Effective communication and documentation skills
