MPharm Job at Dr Reddy’s- Key Responsibilities
- Execute process development and optimization experiments at the lab scale for oral solid dosage (OSD) forms.
- Design experiments to enhance process efficiency, reduce variability, and improve product quality.
- Analyze experimental data from characterization and optimization studies.
- Prepare documentation such as PIS, sampling plans, and risk matrices for pilot-scale and exhibit batches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory Affairs, etc.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Author and review technical reports, batch records, and SOPs.
- Participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP regulations and internal policies.
- Present findings and recommendations to team leaders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Education: M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics or relevant specialization)
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in pharmaceutical process development, preferably in OSD formulations.
- Strong understanding of scale-up, formulation science, and manufacturing process optimization.
