Experience Required: 3 to 6 yrs
Job Responsibilities
- Sampling and Testing: Adequate knowledge of Sampling, Testing of Raw material, Packing Material, Finish Product, Validation and Stability samples.
- Regulatory Compliance: Sound knowledge of current industrial regulations and analytical method validation/verification activities.
- Equipment Management: Adequate knowledge of Laboratory Instruments and equipment’s Calibration, Maintenance/External calibration.
- Chemical Preparation: Adequate knowledge of Preparation of laboratory chemicals, Reagents, test solution, and Volumetric solution.
- Standard Management: Adequate knowledge of Reference, Chemical and Working standard management.
- Data Management: Adequate knowledge of Data entry in SAP and LIMS software.
- Instruments Handling: Adequate knowledge of operation and troubleshoot of HPLC/UV/IR and other QC analytical instruments and its software.
- Documentation: Preparation of the QC documents like SOPs, Protocols, and general documentation.
- Industry Knowledge: Pharma Industry Guidelines and Pharmacopoeias.
- Audit Experience: Exposure of regulatory audit and GDP/DI compliance.
- Quality Standards: Adequate knowledge of GLP/GMP requirements.
