Job Description
The Research Associate – AR&D MSc Chemistry Job involves working on analytical testing, method development, and validation projects while supporting research teams. Candidates will handle advanced instruments like HPLC, GC, potentiometer, and polarimeter, ensuring accurate data generation and compliance with GLP and regulatory standards. This Research Associate job under Piramal Career requires independent project handling, strong documentation skills, and coordination with QA teams for method transfer and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Capable of handling independent projects
- Analytical testing support to the PDG synthetic group.
- Coordinate with QA regarding method transfer, CCF, and investigation reports.
- Experience in handling HPLC, GC, Potentiometer, and Polarimeter instruments.
- API Stability knowledge.
- Capable of handling analytical method development, Implementation, and validation as per requirements.
- Should have experience in analytical method transfer to QC.
- Experience of making documents like method transfer protocol & report, method validation protocol & report, method development report, specification, standard test procedure, etc.
- Should be aware of GLP practices and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Keep the work area clean and the laboratory under controlled temperature.
- Calibrate the instruments according to the master calibration schedule and follow GLP and SOPs.
- Understand the safety and environmental aspects.
- Maintain the reagents and standardize the volumetric solutions as per the schedule.
- Maintain the laboratory journals and instrument log books online.
- Ensure compliance with hazardous waste and chemical management.
- Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive Actions immediately.
