Key Responsibilities:
- Execute solid-phase and liquid-phase peptide synthesis operations
- Handle API manufacturing and process development activities
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and related equipment
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Cleaning Records (BCR), and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP and SOP guidelines
- Monitor process parameters and maintain production quality standards
- Coordinate with QA, engineering, and warehouse departments
- Manage raw materials, intermediates, and API storage and reconciliation
- Support deviation reporting, CAPA, and audit readiness
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of chemical materials
Qualifications:
- Doctorate Degree, PhD – Organic Chemistry – Preferred
- Master’s degree, M. Sc – Organic Chemistry – Preferred
