Job Description – Chemistry Quality Control Job
Job Title: Senior Executive – Quality
About the Role – MSc Chemistry Job
• Analyze raw materials, Intermediate (Blends), EOL Finished Goods, and report to the unit head on the findings
• Inspect packaging materials received at Units, Market & report to the unit head
• Communicate with vendors on non-conformities and issues of CAR to the vendor
• Ensure online QC, such as line startup/changeover from water treatment to final packing
• Coordinate with other departments for all rejection failures at the unit
• Calibrate all lab equipment, arrive at a calibration plan, and manage operations as per the supplier manual
• Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment as per the supplier’s recommendation
• Analyze samples received for customer/consumer complaint and provide a report on findings to the unit head
• Provide expertise on the standardization of chemical reagents and calibration required for the lab
• Analyze non-conformities using tools and arrive at a CAPA desirable
• Assist quality manager for all quality jobs & MIS report preparation & submission to unit head

• End-of-line defects (PPM)
• L1 audit score
• Liquid quality compliance
• Adherence to quality standards
Experience & Qualification – MSc Chemistry Job
3–5 yrs, in Food technology/chemical engineering from FMCG & Beverage
MSc Food Tech, Biochemistry, Chemistry, M.Tech- Food Tech
