Job Description:
- Define productivity metrics and align operating definitions with QC teams.
- Simplify and digitize data for reporting QC productivity metrics.
- Publish monthly QC productivity metrics reports for all labs.
- Identify improvement levers for QC productivity and develop action plans to address them, reporting progress regularly.
- Manage projects and track the deployment of new technology in QC.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Hands-on experience in operations, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Minitab.
- Proven track record of executing high-value projects.
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years of Work Experience
Educational Qualifications: MBA with B Tech (Chem. Engg.) /B.Pharm /M. Pharm
