Role: Quality Control (QC) Executive – Finished Product Testing
Department: Quality Control
Location: Shirwad, Karwar, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Male candidates preferred (from Mangalore, Udupi, and Karwar will be given preference)
Qualifications & Skills
· B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Willingness to learn and work in a regulated pharma environment
Key Responsibilities
· Raw material testing and related documentation
· Preparation and review of Raw Material (RM) specifications
· Preparation and execution of RM Standard Testing Procedures (STPs)
· Preparation, handling, and review of RM SOPs
· Preparation of RM Methods of Analysis (MOA)
· Completion of RM worksheets and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
· Chemical preparation and maintenance of chemical log sheets
· Monitoring and checking chemical and laboratory stationery stock
· Maintenance of retention sample room registers
· Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and laboratory safety norms
Requirements
· Basic understanding of pharmaceutical Quality Control
· Knowledge of raw material testing practices
· Awareness of GMP and laboratory compliance
· Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures
· Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
· Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
· Male candidates preferred from Mangalore, Udupi, or Karwar
