Position: Research Associate
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Qualification:
PhD in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science or related fields (Thesis Submitted or Awarded).
Job Description:
The selected candidates will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and characterizing electrode materials and architectures to enhance energy density, power performance, cycle life, and safety in energy storage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize electrode formulations for energy storage devices.
- Develop electrode architectures considering material selection, binder systems, and conductive additives.
- Perform electrochemical analysis (CV, EIS, GCD, cycling performance).
- Collaborate with materials synthesis, cell fabrication, and testing teams. Analyze performance degradation and propose design improvements.
- Support scaling from lab to pilot/production level. Document research findings and contribute to technical reports and IP filings.
