Job Description
- Structural and functional characterisation of proteins using LC-MS
- Expertise in Impurity characterization by LC-MS
- Data analysis and review for Bio similarity assessment
- Having experience in advanced LC-MS applications and DQA SOPs
- Planning of characterization experiments using LC-MS
- Drafting and/or reviewing reports and presentations on experimental data and scientific outcomes for CMC / RA for dossier submission
- Drafting of scientific study protocols and reports related to method development, method qualification, assessing bio-similarity, etc.
- Guiding and mentoring team members in sample preparation, LC-MS workflows, and data interpretation
- Support cross-functional analysis, such as charge variant and impurity characterization
- Review the MS data and documentation of the analysis performed and the result reporting
