Core Responsibilities of the job:
Inspection & Testing
- Conduct timely inspection & testing of incoming Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates & Finished Goods.
Calibration & Maintenance
- Calibrate & conduct preventive maintenance of the reference/master samples & testing instruments as per guidelines.
Customer complaint analysis
- Conduct a quick analysis of complaints received from the market and provide a timely response to the field.
Audit
- Carry out audits as per the defined schedule and guidelines.
- Perform closure of the gaps as per agreed timelines.
System Adherence
- Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS & EMS).
- Raise design change requests.
- Conduct a self-assessment as per the process and provide suggestions for improvement in case of any gaps.
Improvement
- Participate in initiatives pertaining to Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety, and Environment improvement.
Manufacturing Excellence
- Participation in Manufacturing Excellence.
BBS
- Participation in Behaviour-based Safety.
Age: Less than 26 years
Qualification: Candidate should be a BSc-Chemistry, MSc-Chemistry
Experience: 1 – 3 years of job experience
