Sr. Executive Regulatory Affairs Jobs in Ahmedabad
Job Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Regulatory Affairs to manage and strengthen regulatory compliance across cosmetic, skincare, and oral care product portfolios. This role plays a key part in product registrations, label compliance, regulatory documentation, and audit support, especially for OEM/ODM and private-label projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and approve regulatory dossiers, product specifications, and compliance documents
- Ensure label, artwork, and ingredient compliance as per cosmetic and oral care regulations
- Manage product registrations, renewals, and regulatory submissions
- Track and interpret regulatory updates, notifications, and amendments
- Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Production, and Marketing teams for regulatory alignment
- Support regulatory, customer, and internal audits
- Handle export regulatory documentation and international compliance (as applicable)
- Maintain regulatory databases, trackers, and document control systems
Education
B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.
Experience
1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
Job Location
