- Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality control activities in the laboratory with respect to testing of components, raw materials, Packaging materials, Products, and Finished products.
- Maintenance of good housekeeping, Safety, and correct use of equipment in the departments.
- Maintenance of the Control sample stock and records.
- In-process testing of the product and maintaining the necessary data in SAP & records.
- Providing the necessary chemicals and solutions required for production on time.
- Compiling BMR records and timely submission to QA.
- Responsible for supporting and implementing ISO 13485 standards.
- Responsible for supporting and implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, processes, and procedures that improve the Occupational Health and Safety of the employees and other interested parties in accordance with ISO 45001 & 14001.
- Responsible for supporting the implementation of the environmental management systems, processes, and procedures in accordance with ISO 14001.
KRAs & Specific Roles:
- To ensure testing & release/rejection of incoming materials, chemicals, and packaging materials as per the Quality standard specification.
- To ensure testing and release/rejection of products from the In-process stage to the FG as per the procedure.
- Preparation and Maintenance of Quality records in SAP and proper documentation.
- To support & coordinate with all functions for testing & analysis.
- Well-versed in testing/analysis knowledge of material & products.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills to interact with various functions in order to coordinate the activities.
- Skills in learning & applying, customer orientation, and being able to work in teams.
