- Job Post: R&D Fragrance Evaluator
- Location: New Delhi, Delhi, India
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and guide fragrance development in line with customer briefs, market trends, and brand philosophies.
- Maintain strong knowledge of competitive markets, odor types, and testing protocols.
- Manage and curate the fragrance library; review the relevance of existing fragrances.
- Review domestic and international projects and provide feedback to affiliates.
- Work closely with perfumers to set fragrance direction and develop market-appropriate fragrances.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Lab teams to prioritize workflow and close projects.
- Conduct olfactive evaluation of stability samples.
- Prepare fragrance descriptions for customer submissions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Science (Chemistry or related field preferred).
- 1–5 years’ experience as a Fragrance Evaluator in a reputed end-product Manufacturing Company, Fragrance House.
- Strong technical knowledge of fragrance chemistry and evaluation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team member and manage multiple projects.
