List of Responsibilities / Job Functions:
- Acquire thorough process understanding by conducting/observing batches at lab scale and collecting/generating data for unit operations (reaction, distillation, extraction, crystallization, filtration, and drying) from a scale-up point of view.
- Evaluate raw materials/products/by-products and collect data for their safe handling, storage, and disposal.
- Identify hardware requirements for commercial scale using data available at Lab/ Kilo Lab / Pilot Plant scale.
- Evaluate/select plant facility, propose modifications, and ensure timely completion of plant modifications for commercial scale / execute plant batches as per process requirement / troubleshoot if needed.

- Good knowledge of process development & thorough understanding of Internal SOPs of API R&D & AD/QC/RA.
