Your Focus
- Ensure accurate compounding of materials following standard procedures and safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas, complying with HACCP/GMP standards.
- Operate production equipment (pumps, mixers, fillers) and handle material movement (lifting 25 kg bags, pushing/pulling 200 kg drums).
- Adhere to SAP-based documentation for batch numbers, material numbers, and shop floor records.
How You Will Contribute
- Deliver error-free weighing, blending, and recording of raw materials to ensure product quality.
- Support inventory control and production efficiency through SAP and Excel proficiency.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration while maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Ensure timely production by being flexible for overtime and handling unexpected situations.
- Uphold safety compliance by using PPE and following all regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need to Be Successful
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Science or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Technical Skills: SAP knowledge (mandatory for Executive/Senior Executive roles) and basic computer skills, with familiarity with Excel.
- Physical Ability: Capability to handle heavy materials (25 kg bags, 200 kg drums).
- Behavioural Competencies: Job Knowledge, Problem Solving, Results Orientation, Teamwork.
- Work Attributes: Ability to work unsupervised, adapt to change, and manage off-shift responsibilities.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.
