Job Summary:
The Junior Research Analyst / Trainee will support the Analytical R&D team in
sample preparation, data recording, and routine analytical activities. The role
requires strong academic fundamentals, attention to detail, and willingness
to work in a shift-based R&D environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sample preparation, basic analytical testing, and routine lab activities.
• Support analytical method development and method validation under senior
guidance.
• Conduct physicochemical tests and assist in impurity profiling, assay, and content
uniformity checks.
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and IR (training provided).
• Perform daily instrument calibration, maintenance checks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain analytical raw data, lab notebooks, and documentation as per GLP/GMP
requirements.
• Ensure proper filing of COAs, logbooks, and analytical reports.
• Follow all SOPs and regulatory guidelines strictly.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Assist during stability studies and ongoing research projects.
• Follow lab safety protocols and handle chemicals and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance in the lab.
