About the Opportunity
We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering graduates to join our team as a Production Executive! This is a fresher-only position, specifically designed to launch your career in chemical production.
You will be instrumental in overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on the plant floor. We are committed to developing talent and will provide comprehensive training, including specialized instruction in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) for production management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager in planning and executing daily production schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct in-process checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues on the production line.
- Participate actively in the provided SAP training and apply the learned skills in inventory and production data management.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Fresher only (Recent graduates who have no prior full-time experience in a similar role).
- Strong foundational knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory practices.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
