Job Description
Synthimed Labs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring skilled and motivated professionals for its Production and Quality Control (QC) departments.
The role involves working in a USFDA and GMP-compliant facility, contributing to the manufacturing and quality assurance of high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
Candidates will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining documentation, conducting analytical testing, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Education: B.Sc. / B.Pharm (Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Sciences)
• Experience: 1–4 years in API or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Specialization (Preferred): Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
Requirements
For Production Department
• Operate and monitor API production machinery and processes.
• Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR).
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support process optimization and troubleshoot production issues.
For Quality Control Department
• Perform testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Conduct HPLC, GC, and other analytical tests as per SOPs.
• Record analytical data accurately and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Participate in OOS investigations and support internal/external audits.
Skills & Competencies
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.).
• Strong documentation and observation skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
₹2.4 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (based on experience)
