Educational Requirements for Chemist Job Role:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities for Chemist Job Role:

Develop and test new formulations for sealants and adhesives based on local market requirements.

Conduct lab-scale experiments and document results in detailed technical reports.

Operate laboratory equipment and perform material property analysis such as weatherability and chemical resistance.

Assist in scaling up formulations from lab to production.

Coordinate with internal and external testing centers for specific evaluations.

Identify and report product or process irregularities.

Collaborate with senior R&D and technical colleagues for ongoing projects and improvements.
