Core Purpose of the Role:
To perform analytical development activities that support process development projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality and EHS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct method development, method evaluation, and validation of analytical methods.
- Operate HPLC, Prep LC, GC, and KF instruments for project-related analyses.
- Record all observations, results, and data in Laboratory Notebooks (LNB) or Electronic LNB (ELNB) with complete adherence to data integrity and documentation standards.
- Comply with Syngene’s environment, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) protocols.
- Ensure completion of all mandatory safety and data integrity trainings.
- Adhere to quality standards and demonstrate responsible scientific conduct.
Educational Qualification for Research Associate Jobs:

M.Sc. or M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry or related field
Experience Required:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in analytical development and process analytics
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques and instrumentation
- Proficiency in data interpretation and method validation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping ability
Behavioural Skills:
- Strong people management and teamwork abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Emotional intelligence and adaptability in a collaborative R&D environment
- Ability to discuss and interpret data confidently with scientific experts and clients
