Salary: Upto 30% hike for experienced candidates based on previous salary and interview performance.

For freshers: ₹15,000–₹17,000 during an 8-month probation period, followed by confirmation as Junior Associate.

Description:

● Undertake training from the Section In-charge and Senior Analyst to become independently capable of carrying out analysis.
● Analyze samples as per given specifications and report results under supervision.
● Ensure availability of chemicals, reagents, and reference materials required for analysis.
● Prepare and standardize chemicals under the guidance of senior staff.
● Follow quality systems and procedures as per the Quality Manual.
● Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all analytical data.
● Adhere to quality policies as per ISO/IEC 17025, cGMP, and GLP guidelines.
● Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments such as:
➢ Weighing Balances
➢ pH and Conductivity Meters
➢ FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, TOC Analyzer
➢ Melting Point Apparatus, Muffle Furnace, Ovens
➢ Disintegration & Dissolution Testers
➢ Refractometer, Polarimeter, KF Autotitrator, Tap Density Apparatus, Friabilator

Requirements:

● 0–4 years of

experience in a QC / Analytical laboratory (freshers can apply).
● Basic knowledge of chemical analysis, instrumentation, and laboratory safety practices.
● Familiarity with GLP, cGMP, and ISO/IEC 17025 standards preferred.
● Good documentation and reporting skills.
● Ability to work under supervision and follow SOPs accurately.
● Willingness to undergo training and learn analytical techniques.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
