Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Supervisor with a background in science or chemicals and at least 1+ year of relevant experience. The role involves overseeing day-to-day production operations, maintaining product quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and process standards in a chemical or biotech production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage production floor activities to meet daily output targets.
• Ensure compliance with process SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards.
• Monitor raw material usage, batch processing, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.
• Maintain production documentation, logs, and shift reports.
• Assist in optimizing production efficiency and minimizing wastage.
• Support process validation, calibration, and cleaning activities as per GMP.
• Train and guide operators and technicians in process execution.
Requirements:
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or any Science discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or chemical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of plant utilities, process safety, and batch operations.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
