Job Title: Quality Control – Junior Officer
Location: Bangalore South, Karnataka, India
Position Summary:
This QC-Junior Officer Job role is responsible for testing and approval of finished goods, cycle time management, FRC, and process improvement. The QC-Junior Officer Job Role will support quality operations and initiatives within the laboratory or manufacturing environment at a smaller or less complex plant. Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility: testing and approval of products.

On-time sampling and approval within defined timelines.

Manage cycle time, FRC, and process improvements based on historical data.

Coordinate with production for internal rejection or shop floor QC issues.

Follow up with technical teams to resolve issues related to regular and technical batches.

Review QC documentation to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

Plan and support rework to minimize inventory.

Provide revalidation support and manage shift operations.

Prepare and send daily QC reports.
- Conduct MOC, risk assessments, gap assessments, and sustainability checks.
Qualifications required for QC-Junior Officer Job Role:

Experience: 2–3 years in quality control or production within manufacturing as a supervisor, chemist, or equivalent.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Science.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Operations, Quality, or Technical roles with ISO/TS knowledge.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic tools.
- Results-driven with continuous improvement knowledge (Stats, ARC, Lean).
Work Environment:
Exposure to mechanical parts, electrical currents, fumes, chemicals, and other typical manufacturing or lab conditions.
