You will perform product characterization using techniques such as IR, NMR, HPLC, and Mass, while contributing to process R&D careers, product planning, scheduling, process improvements, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Assistant Job Role:

Process R&D, custom synthesis, and scale-up to pilot plant.

Kilo lab and small-scale catalog production.

Product characterization using IR, NMR, HPLC, Mass Spectrometry.

Product planning, process R&D, scheduling, and process improvements.

Troubleshooting and optimization of chemical reactions.

Organic chemical synthesis, handling reactions from 1L to 50L scale.

Handling pyrophoric and moisture-sensitive reactions safely.

Purification expertise using high vacuum distillation, recrystallization, and column chromatography.

Tech transfer of processes to pilot plant.

Adherence to chemical industry safety standards.
Who You Are:

Education required for Senior Assistant Job Role : MSC in Organic Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.

Experience: 3–6 years in process R&D, custom synthesis, pilot plant, kilo lab, or small-scale production.

Knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, stereochemistry, and asymmetric synthesis.

Expertise in analytical techniques like NMR, IR, GC, HPLC, Mass, and elemental analysis.
