Crystic Resins is hiring an R&D and Lab Assistant to support resin development and daily laboratory operations. This entry-level role is perfect for B.Sc Chemistry, Polymer Science graduates, or Diploma holders in Chemical Technology who want hands-on experience in resin testing, product evaluation, and lab-scale R&D activities.
The R&D and Lab Assistant will assist in developing new resin grades and managing daily laboratory activities to ensure smooth testing, documentation, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lab-scale resin development and testing.
- Conduct tests for acid value, viscosity, gel time, and other resin properties
- Maintain and calibrate lab instruments, glassware, and test records
- Support batch sampling, documentation, and product evaluations
- Aid R&D Chemists in new product trials and data analysis
- Maintain lab cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Diploma in Chemical Technology
- 0–2 years of experience in a chemical or polymer lab preferred
- Freshers with strong practical skills and a willingness to learn are welcome
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Sheets, etc.) preferred
