Job Purpose
Monitor and execute packing activities in shifts while maintaining cGMP and safety norms to achieve production targets.
Key Accountabilities as a Junior Officer
- Execute shift packing activity by managing resources and reducing micro stoppages of machines to meet targets.
- Utilize shift resources optimally to achieve desired production output.
- Regulate usage of consumables at optimum levels to reduce costs.
- Review documentation related to packing activity and monitor standard parameters as per BPR.
- Review and monitor in-process parameters like NFD, camera challenge, RH temperature, and more.
- Perform operations per GMP and safety norms while maintaining compliance in processes and documents.
- Maintain system integrity with updated online documentation.
- Perform qualification and calibration of equipment as scheduled and record all outputs.
- Prepare manufacturing records and ensure timely entries in BPR using SAP and CipDox.
- Update existing documents and prepare new ones per GMP requirements.
- Monitor adherence to safety guidelines and ensure PPE availability and usage.
- Provide training to staff and workers in packing, equipment handling, cGMP, and documentation.
- Suggest process simplifications to reduce cycle times, improve productivity, and achieve cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ALCOA (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate) documentation standards.

- Meeting shift targets with limited resources through efficient workload distribution.
- Maintaining cGMP requirements during downtime by coordinating with engineering and technical teams.

Education Qualification for a Junior Officer
BSc Chemistry
Relevant Work Experience
1–5 years of experience in packing with knowledge of QMS activity, equipment qualification, and related documentation.
