Job Description – BSc Chemistry Job
The selected candidate will work on the project “Scale up of Indigenous membrane/modules and pilot plant for water softening and wastewater treatment.” Responsibilities include synthesizing, characterizing, developing processes, and demonstrating polymeric membrane processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in polymeric membrane synthesis and characterization.
- Support the development and optimization of water softening and wastewater treatment processes.
- Demonstrate and document pilot plant operations.
- Collaborate with the research team for project objectives.
Educational Qualifications:
BSc in Chemistry
Experience and Skills
Experience in polymeric membrane work, pilot plant operations, or wastewater treatment research
Age Limit
Maximum 35 years as of 08th October 2025. Age relaxation applicable as per CSIR rules.
Duration
Temporary position co-terminus with the project. Engagement across CSIR projects shall not exceed 6 years. This position does not guarantee extension or absorption.
