About QC Jobs at Lonza

As a Quality Control Colorist in our Capsules & Health Ingredients business, you will play a vital role in product and color development while ensuring compliance with quality standards in the Color Development Lab. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead color and product development activities
  • Document all processes and outcomes in the lab
  • Support product testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Ensure GLP and GMP compliance
  • Manage the archival and issuance of color for production
  • Maintain all related documentation in the Color Development Lab

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) or Pharmacy (B. Pharm), ideally with a Chemistry background
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Awareness of cGMP and IPEC guidelines
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and maintenance teams
  • Agility, business acumen, customer focus, and a drive for results
