About QC Jobs at Lonza
As a Quality Control Colorist in our Capsules & Health Ingredients business, you will play a vital role in product and color development while ensuring compliance with quality standards in the Color Development Lab. Key Responsibilities
- Lead color and product development activities
- Document all processes and outcomes in the lab
- Support product testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Ensure GLP and GMP compliance
- Manage the archival and issuance of color for production
- Maintain all related documentation in the Color Development Lab
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) or Pharmacy (B. Pharm), ideally with a Chemistry background
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Awareness of cGMP and IPEC guidelines
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and maintenance teams
- Agility, business acumen, customer focus, and a drive for results
