- Education: M.Sc. in General or Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 0–6 years in synthetic chemistry
- Skills: Deep knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms, independent problem-solving, purification techniques, analytical interpretation, and familiarity with lab apparatus and instruments

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform synthetic chemistry reactions, including work-ups, purification using column chromatography, crystallization, preparative TLC, and operation of lab equipment.
- Record experiment observations, results, and resource utilization in laboratory or e-notebooks, ensuring confidentiality and safety.
- Prepare and send samples for analysis, and update supervisors on progress.
- Follow MSDS guidelines, handle chemicals safely, segregate waste as per EHSS norms, and report equipment breakdowns.
- Attend mandatory trainings and maintain updated training records.
