Job Description
As an Associate STEM Content Analyst, you will join the content team to analyze and interpret complex chemical data from multiple sources. You will draw chemical structures, assign relevant codes, and effectively communicate your findings to support market research and decision-making for pharmaceutical and chemical companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret chemical processes from various data sources, draw structures, and assign codes for chemical structures.
- Communicate insights through clear written reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve production volume and quality targets while tracking performance against set goals.
- Stay updated on current developments in your technology area and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Participate actively in the team to meet collective targets and deputize for team members when required.
- Identify and pursue training opportunities to enhance technical and analytical skills.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Undertake other duties as requested by the line manager or director.
Qualifications
- M.Sc in Chemistry/General Chemistry/Organic Chemistry with 0–1 year of experience.
- Familiarity with chemical drawing packages (e.g., ISIS Draw) and structure handling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of IUPAC nomenclature, reactions, formulae, catalysts, and additives.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
