Science Graduate or Diploma in Chemistry
Experience:
3–8+ years in a similar role within quality control.
Job Description
As a Quality Control Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Roquette’s products meet stringent quality standards. Reporting to the QC Manager, you will support overall site
QC activities, monitor quality parameters, and contribute to customer satisfaction through accurate analysis and effective reporting.QC Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing the production batches
- Maintaining GLP data
- Reporting in Excel daily
- Conducting party sample analysis & reporting
- Ensuring training for casuals on food safety
- Participating in audits and Gemba walks
- Responding to customer complaints
- Preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Ensuring the timely dispatch of materials
- Inspecting raw materials and packaging materials
- Participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Preparing periodic reports
