About the Role
As an Operator, you will play a key role in supporting production processes, ensuring accurate data management, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality regulations. You will work closely with your team to execute batch operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Batch Operations: Follow the Master Production Record (MPR) and execute batch operations using PLC/SCADA systems.
- Data Management: Accurately record ingredients, weights, temperatures, and other critical parameters into the database.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment and process-related issues.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and quality regulations and report incidents promptly.
- Process Improvement: Assist in planning and improving production processes and product quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Physical Requirements: Meet the physical demands of the role, including walking, standing, lifting, and operating tools with appropriate safety gear.
