Job Description
As Manager – R&D, you will lead synthesis activities in the Pharmaceutical API industry, focusing on process development within the R&D division. This role demands strategic thinking, innovation, and collaboration to deliver cutting-edge solutions in pharmaceutical development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage synthesis projects in the P.D. Lab or R&D.
- Drive strategic initiatives and foster innovation in API development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

- Ensure adherence to process excellence, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate/Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in synthesis (P.D. Lab or R&D) in the pharmaceutical API industry.
