We are seeking talented and visionary individuals to join our dynamic team. At Dozee, you’ll work with top healthcare providers, applying innovative AI-powered monitoring solutions to tackle critical challenges in healthcare and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee clinical studies in hospitals, including data collection and monitoring.
- Collaborate with investigators and study sites to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory standards.
- Install and troubleshoot Dozee devices while training nurses and doctors on patient monitoring dashboards.
- Liaise with doctors and consultants to support clinical studies.
- Set up study sites with required trial materials.
- Verify collected study data, review case report forms, and track adverse events.
- Provide updates to team members and project management to facilitate study timelines.
- Maintain essential study-related documents.
- Coordinate with remote teams and share updates on hospital activities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with nurses, doctors, and hospital staff.
Requirements
- Graduation or post-graduation in science or pharmacy (BE, BSc, BDS, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc).
- 0–1 years of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud products and MS Office.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Team player with flexibility to work multiple priorities and shifts.
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to the healthcare industry.
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
