Job Description
Applications are invited for Research Associate/Provisional Research Associate to work under the guidance of Prof. G. U. Kulkarni in the CPM Unit, JNCASR, Jakkur, Bengaluru. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of nanomaterial-based AI devices in a collaborative setup between industry and research institutions.
Position Duration:

Initially for six months, with the option to extend up to two years based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research in physics, chemistry, materials science, or nanoscience.

Qualifications
Essential Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanoscience & Technology, or equivalent.
- OR ME/M.Tech in relevant disciplines with 3+ years of R&D experience and at least one SCI journal publication.
Desirable Experience:
- Exposure to lithography techniques.
- Experience with vacuum systems.
- Thin film growth expertise.
