Job Description
We are seeking a QA Engineer – Explosive Charge Density Inspection to join our team in Kanpur. The role involves precise measurement, testing, and recording of charge density in ammunition, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The QA Engineer will also collaborate with supervisors and chemists to support operational efficiency in the defence industrial corridor.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise measurement of shell cavity volume.
- Conduct tests to determine average charge density and record results.
- Communicate findings to the screw filling line supervisor and consult the lab chemist.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure 5S compliance in working areas.
Qualifications

Must: B.Sc. in Chemistry with 1–3 years of related experience.

Desirable:
- Basic knowledge of 5S and 7QC tools.
- Prior experience in ammunition or the related industry.
