We are currently seeking an Advance Technician who will be responsible for supporting manufacturing day-to-day activities in Dispensing/Packaging/Labeling. The company is compliant with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13485: 2016 & EN ISO 13485: 2016, MDSAP, and Beckman Coulter corporate Quality system requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding the process for labeling, Dispensing & Packaging and responsible for handling the unit operation of Dispensing/Filling machines and Packaging instruments.
- Meeting the FPY and OTD Targets for production as per planning schedule and escalating to the respective supervisor in case of any downtime or issues in line.
- Meeting regulatory requirements and following internal company policies, SOPs, with a good understanding of GDP and cGMP requirements.
- Having good communication skills and supporting urgent countermeasures for day-to-day issues that occur at Gemba, while keeping all associates updated during Daily Management.
- Taking ownership of personal KPIs and tracking them daily to achieve the daily target.
- Supporting On Time delivery to the customer.
The required qualifications for the job include:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemistry with a minimum of 4–6 years of experience.
