Key Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation, pilot trials, stability testing, and main plant trials for Dove Hair & Skin products.
- Ensure regulatory and safety compliance in collaboration with SEAC and regulatory teams.
- Partner with global R&D and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-performing, compliant products.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the R&D framework.
- Apply the Maximising Technology Impact toolkit to enhance the B&W portfolio.
- Engage stakeholders across brand, supply chain, and quality teams for smooth project execution.
- Drive project management rigor, risk mitigation, and safety throughout all project phases.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of surfactants, emulsifiers, active ingredients, and sensory attributes.
- Analytical thinking for interpreting lab data, stability results, and consumer tests.
- Familiarity with scale-up processes from lab to pilot to main plant trials.
- Knowledge of India & Nepal cosmetic regulations, labeling norms, and safety standards.
- Experience with green chemistry principles and sustainable ingredient sourcing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and global R&D coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, risk assessment, and digital R&D tools.
