Job Description:
The LIMS Master Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and validating LIMS data, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to execute test cases, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues to maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and validate LIMS master data for GxP and lab-grade products.
- Collaborate with departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure objectives are met.
- Monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Identify and correct defects within the production process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science field.
- Minimum 1 year of laboratory or infrastructure experience (preferred).
- Required experience with LIMS Master Data and LabVantage LIMS.
- Knowledge of data flow requirements in LIMS systems.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access), LabVantage LIMS, and ETQ.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Applied knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (preferred).
