Overview:
We are seeking a competent Finished Product Head (FP Head) to lead the IP, Finished Product, and Packaging Material sections within QC. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, supervise operations, and support timely batch release.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise QC operations in the IP, Finished Product, and Packaging Material sections.
● Review analytical data, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and deviation reports; lead root cause investigations.
● Approve method transfer protocols and SOPs.
● Oversee team training and maintain water/stability trend logs.
● Coordinate with QA and manufacturing for timely batch release.
● Drive continuous improvement in QC processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
● M.Sc., M.Pharm., or B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
● 3–8 years of experience in QC
● Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, analytical methods, and documentation practices.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
