Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out production activities as per planning and supervise all manufacturing and packing processes.
- Plan manpower for each shift, ensuring proper work allocation and supervision.
- Allocate and monitor utilities for smooth production schedules.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Department for timely raw material requirements.
- Work with the QC Department for approval/rejection of in-process, intermediate, and finished product samples.
- Collaborate with the QA Department to ensure compliance with GMP & ISO requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as BMR, logbooks, and calibration records.
- Ensure housekeeping standards across production, process equipment, utility areas, and factory premises.
