Job Description
The company is seeking a passionate scientist with expertise in development, technology transfer, and scale-up processes to join our state-of-the-art Global R&D Centre. Your role will directly contribute to developing life-changing therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within standard operating procedures and scientific methods.
- Collaborate with CRD, ARD, and PRD teams to ensure projects meet timelines.
- Select and size equipment for scale-up to match process requirements.
- Conduct scale-up studies as per guidelines within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with GMP teams to support technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Ensure completion of nGMP and GMP campaigns within timelines.
- Maintain compliance with EHS standards in the lab.
- Prepare and generate required reports.
- Oversee completion of tasks by CFT and batch execution at the plant.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth technology transfer.
- Address technical and operational challenges by collaborating with supervisors and CFT.
- Apply cGMP requirements consistently.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) or M.Sc. (Chemistry).
- 2–6 years of relevant industry experience in chemistry, tech transfer, and process development.
Competencies Required
- Ability to follow established procedures and methodologies.
- Independent working skills with minimal supervision.
- Strong accountability for delivering project tasks.
- Proficiency in applying processes to solve scientific or technical problems.
- Solid understanding of scientific principles, theories, and concepts.
- Knowledge of process safety principles.
