Key Responsibilities

Route Design & Synthesis: Independently plan and execute reactions for the synthesis of molecules as per client specifications. Search literature, design reaction protocols, and ensure efficient project execution.

Team Leadership: Supervise a team of chemists, delegate responsibilities, and monitor productivity while maintaining quality standards.

Project Support: Assist project managers with literature review, synthetic route design, risk assessment, and report preparation.

Safety & Compliance: Review MSDS guidelines, enforce lab safety protocols, and ensure proper use of reagents and equipment.

Documentation & Integrity: Record experimental data in lab notebooks, maintain strict data integrity, and adhere to IP confidentiality policies.

Skill Development: Mentor team members, guide them in organic synthesis techniques, and promote continuous learning.
Educational Qualification & Experience

M.Sc. in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry with 1–5 years of experience
OR -
Ph.D./Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry with 1–3 years of experience

Candidates with research publications in leading journals will be preferred
