Job Responsibilities:
● Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing activities.
● Monitor critical process parameters and collect in-process samples.
● Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements on the shop floor.
● Conduct line clearance before initiating manufacturing and packing operations.
● Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
● Record, escalate, and assist in investigations of deviations, OOS, and non-conformities.
● Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in all IPQA activities.
● Provide training and guidance to production staff on GMP practices.
● Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections with required documentation.
● Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
● Good understanding of manufacturing and packing processes.
● Detail-oriented with strong observation and reporting skills.
● Ability to handle shop floor challenges effectively.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
